• Arrange hotel accommodations and monitor bookings for you and your guests
• Create a day-of-event logistics plan:
  • Transportation for you and other key attendees
  • Consideration of transport/parking for your guests
  • Coordination of services with all vendors; compile all pertinent documents
  • Develop event day timeline to ensure the day goes smoothly
• Develop a course of action based on your needs
  • Weekly/monthly calls or in-person meetings
• Provide an on-site coordinator who will attend every phase of your event
• Coordinate an on-site event-day production staff
